活动简介：体育、娱乐、科技愈发引人关注。无论是NBA、世界杯、好莱坞、还是高新科技，都跟知识产权有关。本次会议特邀美国JAMS机构熟谙好莱坞和美国体育界的国际知名仲裁员，与北仲资深仲裁员、行业资深人士一道，就中美相关领域知识产权纠纷进行对话，开展一场别开生面的讨论。
Description of the Event: Sports, Entertainment and Technology represent three key growth sectors of Sino-American co-operation and mutual investment. Interests in NBA and FIFA World Cup are growing strongly in both countries. Hollywood and the Chinese cinema industry and increasingly connected. Both countries are strong investing in high technology from AI, to mobile technology to bio-tech. All these areas raise issues of intellectual property. This round-table discussion will focus on the opportunities and recent important developments in these areas for Chinese and American lawyers, ADR experts and ADR institutions. This event, co-organized by BAC and JAMS, will bring top experts to present you an extraordinary discussion.
