"Bridging Cultures in Arbitration - A Special Focus on Asia and Europe", organized by the Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA") and sponsored by major Asian and European arbitration institutions including Beijing Arbitration Commission (“BAC”) will be held October 25-28, 2013 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Resolving international commercial disputes by arbitration is a global task. People involved in such disputes often expect the case to be resolved “their way”. But there are different ways how arbitrators and parties approach proceedings in different parts of the world.
